AS FAMILIES MOVE TO BELLEVIEW
-
Congregation begun to grow in Belleview area.
-
1950 St Augustine purchased a parcel of land from Mr. & Mrs. John Wallace on Highway 301 South of Belleview.

The Parishes engaged with Architect John Knope, an Ocala Contractor, to build the Church with extreme low cost, and great generosity.

Shortly they purchased a commercial building adjacent to the church hall and recreation center.
-
Through the effors of the Ladies Guild, their husband, and other members of the parish, the remodeling of the building began.
-
Weeks later, their labor of love went into the task of creating the old St Theresa Hall.
-
They played the vital role in erasing the debt of the Church.
-
Sponsoring dinners, card parties, and many other functions.
-
Mrs. Belle Davis donated a piece of property to the parish in a very close proximity to the parish.
-
